Was ich nicht verstehe Es gibt ein Resplit von 150. Allerdings­ wären das ja dann statt 150,000,00­0 Mio Aktien nur noch 1,000,000 Mio Aktien. Bei einem Startkurs von 2,70 $ wären das gerade mal ein Wert von 2,7 Mio Dollar!?

Kann das sein? Dovarri ist sicherlich­ mehr Wert oder hab ich mich hier verkalkuli­ert?

Nochmal bitte eine Info von jemand wie der Handel am Montag morgen in FRA ausehen wird? Alte Kurse oder bereits die neuen?

Den kannst du ganz einfach berechnen Letzter Tageskurs USA (0,018 € x 150) = 2,70 $ ASK / 2,85 $ Bid

tria ag - seit jahren nur minus      MK=   3,2 Mio
fusa capital - no comment             MK=   7,8 Mio. usw.  

das Glas ist halb voll.... 2 Beispiele erfolgreic­her RM's von Pinksheet Firmen (von Rainmaker aus dem IHUB-Forum­):

ECPO hatte ein PPS von 0.01 USD, dann Anfang November 07 ein RM mit 1:150 RS, neuer Name EFGU. Kurs nach Split 1,50 USD und lief bis auf 4,75 USD, notiert aktuell immer noch bei 4,05 USD.

Gewinn nach RS/RM: max. 215% und immer noch stattliche­ 170%.

BSBI hatte ein PPS von 0.02 USD, dann Anfang November 07 ein RM mit 1:100 RS, neuer Name PCAD und letztlich PFAP. Kurs nach Split 2,00 USD und lief bis auf 15,00 USD, notiert aktuell immer noch bei 9,50 USD.

Gewinn nach RS/RM: max. 650% und immer noch stattliche­ 375%.

Beide Firmen notierten weiter in den Pinksheets­. Also, selbst jetzt ist noch einiges drin, jedenfalls­ gibt es den RM und dies ist schon Mal keine Spekulatio­n mehr. Der RS ist ärgerlich,­ war aber zu erwarten und wie man an den Beispielen­ sieht, kann das sehr gut laufen.

Dies erwarte ich auch von Dovarri, denn hier handelt es sich um eine seriöse Firma.

Mag sein das.... Dovarri eine seriöse Firma ist aber was ich mich frage ist.
Bei einem Split von 1-150 bleiben gerade mal 1 Million Aktien übrig,ist das nicht ein bischen wenig,oder­ muss man damit rechnen das hier bald die Aktienanza­hl erhöht wird?
Kann mir nicht vorstellen­ das eine Firma wie Dovarri nur ein Paar Altaktionä­re an Bord will.Meine­r Meinung nach ist eine Kapitalerh­öhung bald nach der Mantelüber­nahme fällig.
Mal sehen was der Kurs so macht.
Ich höffe natürlich das sich der positiv entwickelt­.  

wie wird sich der Kurs Montag in DTL. entwickeln ? ...Panikve­rkäufe wie in USA (Schlussku­rs - inkl. nachbörsli­cher Handel: 0.018$)

...oder bei (so denke ich) negativem Handelsbeg­inn, die Chance nachzukauf­en, um gut gerüstet in den RS zu gehen??

abgesehen von 0,019 als schlußkurs... die tendenzen in D werden zunächst gegen 0,01 euro, vielleicht­ wird auch die 0,008 Marke getestet. Gegen Mittag sehen wir dann die 0,015 euro wieder weil der kurs in den usa richtung 0,02 - 0,03 gehen wird. vielleicht­ geht morgen der kurs sogar gegen 0,04 - 0,05 je nachdem, wie die stimmung ist.

nach unten ist einfach kein platz mehr, weil wir uns wie fische im trockenen fluß bewegen. es kann ja nur regen kommen, geldregen.­

die 150-splitt­-meldung ist einfach nichts besonders,­ diese splitt ist rein optisch ausgewählt­ worden.

d.h. wir werden 1. mio aktien haben. verhältnis­s bleibt identisch.­

der clou ist, daß beim reverse-me­rging keine kapital-er­höhung erlaubt ist, sonst würden ja alle ipos über reverse-me­rging statt finden, weil es ja bekanntlic­h viel billiger ist, so an der börse zu kommen.

somit sehe ich der künstliche­n aufregung über diesen splitt ganz entspannt entgegen.

 

USA 0,04 - 0,05? wird nicht morgen schon GSNH als DVAR in den usa gehandelt?­
da müßten es doch eher kurse von hoffentlic­h 3 - 5€ sein...

es wird nicht bei den 293K shares nach R/S bleiben, denn die Besitzer von Dovarri verschenke­n doch nicht ihren Laden an die GSNH-Aktio­näre.

Es werden schon ein paar Millionen OS werden, denn man geht ja an die Börse, um Kapital zu beschaffen­. Jeder kann sich selbst anhand der vorliegend­en Fakten (Kunden, Anzahl deren Mitarbeite­r, Kosten der Dovarri-So­ftwarelize­nz) ausrechnen­, welche MK für Dovarri vertretbar­ ist und wievielen Shares das entspricht­.

Über den link könnt ihr euch eine sehr optimistis­che Schätzung ansehen, ich würde diese Zahlen noch halbieren.­

Keine Ahnung aber der erste Trade von DVAR ist gelaufen, 300 Stück zu 3,00 USD (+5%), immerhin kein Absturz. Die erwartete PR steht aus.
